Mild Chow Chow

Dillard House Chow Chow Relish is a real southern delight made the old fashioned way in the Dillard House kitchen. To make our chow chow relish, we use cabbage, vinegar, green tomatoes, green and red bell peppers and just the right amount of different spices to make it one of the best you have ever tried. This mild chow chow relish is wonderful on vegetables, meats, hot dogs, sandwiches and mixed salads such as cold slaw.
