Our Hot Chow Chow is a real southern delight made the old fashioned way in the Dillard House kitchen. We use cabbage, vinegar, green tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, onions, hot peppers and such the right amount of spices to make our hot chow chow the very best. This how chow chow relish is wonderful on vegetables, meats, hot dogs, sandwiches and mixed salads such as cold slaw.
